The development of forestry engineering is closely relative with forestry engineering equipment manufacturing. In the process of developing forestry industry, forestry engineering equipment manufacturing in our country meeting new growth opportunities. Using informatization and networking technology to cooperate the supply chain of forestry engineering equipment manufacturing, would provide system ideas and programs to realize forestry engineering equipment manufacturing economy and efficiency. Supply chain collaboration and network technology are development trends of forestry engineering equipment manufacturing. Research and application of networked supply chain collaboration in forestry engineering equipment manufacturing meet the needs of development of society and technology.On the basis of discusses in supply chain collaboration and networked supply chain collaboration, this thesis researches on supply chain of forestry engineering equipment manufacturing and networked supply chain collaboration in forestry engineering equipment manufacturing. In the basis of extensive research on domestic and foreign forestry equipment manufacturing industry, the paper collects relative data and information. This thesis constructs networked forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain collaboration system model based on forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain, collaboration theory, workflow technology, web services technology, supply chain management technology, system optimization and monitor technology. Finally, the thesis verifies the model operability and practicability through a certain forestry equipment manufacturing enterprise networked supply chain collaboration system.This thesis research contents is as follows:1. The value analysis of forestry engineering equipment manufacturing supply chain. Firstly, the paper studies the forestry engineering equipment manufacturing industry from the supply chain theory perspective, defines the composition and characteristics of forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain. The paper analyzes the costs and profits of supply chain from the economy perspective, presents the definition of supply chain residual profit and evaluates supply chain economic benefits quantitatively. Evaluates the economic effects of supply chain, analyses the benefit mechanism of supply chain collaboration by using game theory, gives economic analysis for researching on supply chain collaboration.2. Researches on mechanism of forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain collaboration.The thesis represents synergy theory and definition of supply chain collaboration, analysis the supply chain risk management. According to the problems which traditional supply chain collaboration and forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain management meet, constructs networked forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain collaboration model. According to the characteristics of the model, from the perspective of profit and income distribution, uses Shapley value to analyse the feasibility of NSCCM model, reveals that the supply chain network collaboration can improve rapid response capabilities of enterprises and customer satisfaction and greatly reduce operating costs. Verifies the networked supply chain collaboration can promote the realization of the overall value of the supply chain.3. Researches on technology platform of networked forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain collaboration. Network technology platform is the basis for networked supply chain collaboration model. In this chapter, represents network technology platform such as workflow, ASP platform and other relative technology, proposes the basic needs, principles, assumptions, technology environment of networked forestry equipment manufacturing supply chain collaboration.4. Construction of networked forestry equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain collaboration model. In forestry engineering equipment manufacturing industry, the core enterprises in supply chain are difficult to manage and control other enterprise because of numerous enterprises, long production cycle and complicated information circulation. Therefore forestry engineering equipment manufacturing organization and process model by workflow modeling technique is advantageous to coordinate and manage core enterprise and other enterprises. Thesis adopts coordination theory and workflow technique, analyzes forestry engineering equipment manufacturing enterprises procurement, production, sales and inventory systems'business processes and operation and networked collaboration demands, puts forward networked supply chain modeling method based on ASP service platform and establishes model of forestry engineering equipment manufacturing procurement, production, sales and inventory subsystem respectively5. The development and application of prototype system. Object of this thesis is to establish an application platform system to meet the needs of networked forestry engineering equipment manufacturing industry supply chain collaboration. On the basis of theory research, discusses the problems which X group system planning meets, gives solutions and planning examples of integration with other information system, provides some guidance for X group realizing networked supply chain collaboration target. The applications of research in the enterprise management practices, brings economic benefits and management effectiveness for the enterprise, proves the expected results of research.
