Development Modes And Countermeasures Research Of Ecological Circular Agriculture In Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang economy is increasing continuously with high speed in the past thirtyyears of reform and opening-up. The production structure and modernization level ofagriculture have improved continuously, the content of science and technology haveenhanced, the process of agricultural mechanization, digitalization and informatizationhave speed up, organization management level of agriculture increased greatly. But atthe same time, due to the excessive pursuit of agricultural output, pesticides andchemical fertilizers were overused, the ecological environment protection were ignored.There are some issues of quality safety of agricultural products, soil erosion andatmospheric pollution. With the increased of urbanization progress and population, theareas of cultivated land are decreasing. To boost comprehensive, balanced andsustainable development of Zhejiang province, we must guid by scientific development,upon the actual situation and regional features of Zhejiang, researching the mode ofecological recycle agriculture, exploring the development of route and countermeasure.The paper was based on the theory of ecology, sustainable development, circulareconomy, agriculture development and eco-economical of agricultural theory, combingboth qualitative and quantitative methods together, starting with the practical matters ofdevelopment in Zhejiang. Taking into consideration constraints and researching thecountermeasure. The main conclusions are as follows:①Zhejiang has made great achievements in comprehensive utilization ofagricultural economize resources(economize on fertilizer,water, land and power),agricultural Wastes(comprehensive utilization of crop straw, the poultry excrement andproduce processing residues), ecological cycle demonstration area. According toecological function zone of Zhejiang, forming some typical patterns, such as, regionalmultiple utilization of the resources, waste multilevel recycling, the combination ofagriculture and animal husbandry are principally used locally, cleaner production andgreen ecology,ect.②The paper analyzes the existing deficiency in area of natural resources, agricultural labor force, capital investment of the agricultural, agricultural science andtechnology lag and indicates the main reasons of them.③The paper puts forward countermeasures in several ways, such as setting up asystem of practical technology, completing government finances subsidies, promotingthe construction of demonstration project. Forming a good situation of ecologicalcircular agriculture in Zhejiang province.
