Along with the rapid economic development, and urbanization deepening, more and moreagricultural land is collected. The expropriation of rural collective land has been paid muchattention in all directions. In order to solve this social problem, the land price evaluation systemof agricultural land compensation is tried to establish in this paper. Only then can the agriculturalland market be improved, and the landless peasants be more satisfied.Based on the land compensation standard collection, the methods of analysis and summarieson the basis of agricultural land attributes domestic and overseas, the price evaluation system ofthe agricultural land is constructed from two aspects. First of all, the social security function ofthe agricultural land mainly includes the survival safeguard function, old-age security function,and the health care function based on the function of the land. According to the characteristics ofeach function, different evaluation methods are used to conclude the minimum compensation ofthe land that "to maintain the standard of peasants’ living not reduce”. Secondly, along with themarket economy continuously deepening, the land market has improved and perfected. Themarket value of the farmland has been known. So the hypothetical development method is used toestimate which is based on the market price of the land. The land compensation price is deducedthrough the market price of land transactions. Finally, based on questionnaire survey and fieldvisit to the city of ganzhou, the new land requisition land compensation is concluded during theempirical analysis.
