Factors Shengsi Vegetable Growers Pesticide Usage And Impact

In recent years, the quality and safety of agricultural products continued exposure at domestic and abroad, pesticide poisoning have also occurred, and the law enforcement agencies of agricultural increased combat the use of banned pesticides to illegal behavior. The main agricultural production of Shengsi is growing vegetables.Over the years, the phenomenon of pesticides, fertilizers and the other agricultural input ’s excessive use has not been improving. With the improvement of people’s living standards.,the demand of environment and the quality of agricultural products have been increased. It is very important to explore the impact of the factors that farmers use pesticides to propose appropriate countermeasures, change the phenomenon of indiscriminate use of pesticides, promote the development of ecological agriculture and efficient agricultural, economize the cost of agricultural production, improve the efficiency of agricultural production, enhance the quality of agricultural products.This paper adopts the method of combining surveys and analysis historical datas, based on surveys of144household questionnaires to research the status and the impact of pesticide use factors in Shengsi. The main ideas are concluded in this research:(1) Analyze the regional status of farmers’ use of pesticides.(2) Analysis the affect of farmers’use of pesticides.(3) Analyze the impact of government work and the influence. By using the investigation and analysis concluded the following ideas:(1) The Shengsi vegetable growers’ use of pesticides are exist significant regional differences, and growers there exist indiscriminate use of pesticide.(2) Farmers pesticide use affected by farmers characteristics and the external environment. and the farmers characteristics including age, education level, identity, acreage and farmers type, and the farmers who are more younger, higher educational level, more acreage, economic income is dominated by agriculture use more pesticides; The external environment including the distribution of agricultural point, the level of agricultural technology and the building of the agricultural extension system.On this basis, the author proposed relevant policy recommendations: Encourage youth employment and entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture; Accelerating the development of agricultural technology demonstration households and local talent; Intensify propaganda, strengthen the law enforcement and inspection; Strengthen the construction of agricultural technology team, improve the quality of agricultural officers; Accelerate the development of modern agriculture, promote pollution-free production facilities; Innovative modes of agricultural production, pursue the standardized production and pest defense system rule mode.
