A Study Of The Influencing Factors Of County Tourism And The Development Mode

County tourism is an important component and the elementary unit of regional tourism in our country, which has a great influence on the promotion ability of regional tourism development. While, because of the numerous influencing factors, the county tourism’s developmental leveland modes present diversity and complexity. Based on the influencing factors of county tourism, this paper builds an assessment indicator system for county tourism, and applies it to the actual analysis and evaluation research of Chun’an County’s tourism development.There are six chapters in this paper, chapter one introduces the research background, significance approach etc. and then summarizes the county tourism research situation both at home and abroad. Chapter two presents some basic theories and defines the related concepts, and analysis the main theory which in order to provide the theoretical basis for the following research. Chapter three studies the influencing factors of county tourism, we build the assessment indicator system of county tourism’s influencing factors in detailed, and explain the relevant research indicators. Chapter four is an empirical study of Chun’an county’s tourism development in the past15years. Depending on the constructed assessment indicator system, this part analyzes quantitative data of Chun’an county’s tourism development with the methods of SPSS and grey correlation analysis. Chapter five discusses the development modes of Chun’an County tourism, and compares several excellent county tourism modes and finally puts forward some proposals of innovate tourism development modes for Chun’an county in the future.Through the above research, This paper gets the following main conclusions:(1) The influencing factors of county tourism is a dynamic complex system, in different stage or background, the leading influencing factors are not the same. This paper confirms assessment indicator system of county tourism’s influencing factors, which includes:tourism resource, government action, service facility, tourism safety, travel demand, location conditions and economic environments etc..(2) County tourism’s development mode is a dynamic concept, which is not unalterable. In different historical period, because of the changing of the influencing factors, county tourism’s development mode are not the same. (3) In the empirical part, this paper analysis and evaluates the influencing factors and development mode of Chun’an County from the time dimension. We extract four influencing factors of Chun’an County from1999to2013with the SPSS software. Through the grey correlation mode, the influencing factors of Chun’an County are described in quantitative, and concludes that the tourism development mode of Chun’an County is government-oriented.(4) With the location condition being good,the tourism resource rich, ecological environment beautiful, Chun’an county’s tourism development potential shows great. Based on the influencing factors, this paper proposes three innovate tourism development modes for Chun’an, namely:smart tourism mode, comprehensive tourism mode, brand-oriented mode, and we hope this could provide some references for Chun’an county’s tourism development.
