The Land Consolidation, New Countryside Construction, And Its Coupling Relationship Of Yanting

Since2005the construction of a new socialist countryside has been specifically requested, the land consolidation began to be an important means to promote the construction of new rural development. But with the advancement of new rural construction process, the land consolidation of many areas has stalled, only one-sided emphasis on basic functions, but ignoring the combined effect of land consolidation, resulting imbalance of Land Consolidation and development of rural construction Therefore, research the coupling relationship between Land Consolidation and New Rural Construction in Yanting, explore the coupling size and effects of Land Consolidation with the erupted factors of New Rural Construction system, which has a very important significance for adjusting Land Consolidation focus, and promoting coordinated development between Land Consolidation and New Countryside Construction.In this paper, base on the system theory, the theory of ecological economics, sociological theory, the theory of sustainable development, landscape ecology theory, Select Baihu Village in Lianghe Town of Yanting for the research site to study the coupling between the Land Consolidation and New Rural Construction. The main research contents:First, use the AHP and comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of New Rural Construction of three years2009-2011, and Land Consolidation project of2010; Secondly, use mathematical models to calculate the two coupling metrics and analysis the effects of the erupted factors of new rural construction system. In this thesis, the main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The greater the strength, the stronger the comprehensive, land consolidation will play greater role of the new rural construction, and the deeper its impact. The land consolidation project of Baihu Village with less funding, small-scale, a single contents has great limitations on the role in promoting the development of new rural, the role of the project is not strong, the degree of the coupling between the two is weak.(2) Land Consolidation has different effects to the sub-factors of the new rural construction. Land consolidation effect only has a larger expression in the development of production and living well-off, the others are not obvious. Land consolidation have the most direct and significant role in promoting the development of rural production, however, there is a certain lag between the development of rural production and farmers living off.(3) Land Consolidation has no direct effect on the new rural construction rural civilization and democracy.(4) According to the above analysis and conclusions, get some suggestions for land consolidation projects which under the requirements of the new countryside construction on Baihu village of Yanting, that should adjust from land consolidation mode and focus; also it should coordinate with policy advocacy efforts and industrial restructuring.
