However, in our country, land consolidation has only just started, lacking systematic study. Evaluation of land consolidation is the fundamental basis for zoning, selecting project and determing. However, the theory, methods, research of land consolidation is lagging behind in China. Under this actual situation, the study of land consolidation potential based on the theory, combined with two examples of Changge and Yiyang land consolidation project, to carry out the evaluation criteria and evaluation studies. And study on the comprehensive evaluation of land consolidation, land consolidation and the combination of the elements - classification of land consolidation pattern, to pose suitable forms for the areas. Specific research findings and conclusions are as follows:(1) Studying the meaning and land pattern classification of evaluation of land consolidation potential.Socio-economic developments in China at this stage the requirements of the land and the potential of land, the land consolidation potential of arable land mainly through finishing. At the same time, land consolidation model was studied. In accordance with the objectives of land consolidation, land consolidation model will be divided into to enhance the productive capacity of land as the central function of land consolidation mode in order to improve the intensive use of land for construction in rural areas the degree of land consolidation mode in order to protect and improve the ecological environment as the central function of the quality of the land organize patterns and economic efficiency as the center of the land consolidation model.(2) Construction of a land consolidation potential evaluation index system.From two aspects of land consolidation, this concludes the natural potential and reality on a single evaluation of the potential. The potential distribution of Yiyang in the fourth Honggou, with an area of 131.83hm~2, accounting for 86.86 %; thrird potential areas mainly located in the steep gully, the Longgou, with an area of 21.17hm~2, the total area of 13.84%.(4) summed up the land consolidation project area model, Changge land consolidation project is to increase the area of arable land, improving agricultural production conditions and agro-ecological landscape construction as well as economic efficiency as the goal of comprehensive land consolidation form.
