Low-carbon has become a hot issue of international concern under the general background of global warming. However, many countries pay more attention to the construction of low-carbon cities and economic development, while neglect villages. At present, there are few researches on realizing low-carbon in the rural areasNow, in the rural areas lag behind due to the concept of low-carbon environment, market regulation and the failure of government management, the relevant laws and regulations are not enough, residents involved in the enthusiasm is not high, the urban-rural interaction, such as a number of factors led to the development of rural production of high carbon emissions, resource, serious environmental problems. Therefore, the construction of low-carbon villages is helpful for China to accelerate rural areas of ecological civilization and the construction of a low-carbon society, which is of great significance.On the basis of the low-carbon rural construction theory, it analysis the problem of the construction of China’s low-carbon villages, and takes Jinhua suburban village Case empirical inquiry. By the analysis of agricultural production, life style, energy use, low-carbon environmental awareness in Jinhua suburban rural areas, found that the construction of low-carbon villages in the region,there are several aspects of the problem:the the high carbonation trend of the development of production, life energy structure is irrational, the irrational use of resources, weak low-carbon environmental awareness, the main building from the support of the construction of low-carbon economy, low-carbon technologies, low-carbon system, low-carbon culture nurture and carbon management mechanism so on, and propose the construction of low-carbon villages targeted specific countermeasures.The mainly contents of essay are listed as follows:The first part introduces backgrounds, researches the domestic and foreign progress of low carbon villages, and summaries the basic questions of low carbon villages.The second part studies theory of the low carbon villages, and the concept of low carbon villages, including domestic and foreign the low carbon villages concept, the characters,The third part studies the theoretical principle of the low carbon villages, including theoretical support.The fourth part takes villages area in JinHua as an example to analyze the low carbon villages, from the regional overview, production development, residential energy use, family resource utilization and practitioner of low carbon concept in terms of the status of low-carbon rural construction research and analysis.The fifth part analysis the main factors affecting rural low-carbon construction and development of the suburban areas of Jinhua.The sixth part propose the Development Strategies for the low-carbon building stylistic suburban countryside in Jinhua, including the economy institutional building, technical support, low-carbon culture nurture and low-carbon management mechanism.
