In different times, agriculture industrialization and informatization, human goal ascened from the "subsistence" to "rich" and "happiness" step by step. Information age let employees "happy working" is the important responsibility of the enterprise management in China. Modern enterprises want to stand out in fierce competition environment, must strive to explore the "happiness" management mode. Analysis from the point of enterprise management, and guide and promote employee job happiness, is the key link to inspire employees to produce endogenous strength,and promote spiritual productivity, the employee is not only beneficial to give play to the work enthusiasm and creativity, improve the work performance, more conducive to improve the enterprise’s satisfaction and loyalty, so as to promote enterprise long-term sustainable development.Therefore, this study put forward the concept of "happiness", and survey enterprise employee happiness in Jinhua city, such as psychology, management, sociology, the theoretical basis of "happiness" in the field of discourse, for enterprise employees work the influence factors of happiness on the empirical research. Study applies correlation analysis, analytic hierarchy process (ahp), the main factor analysis method and multiplication synthetic normalization method and other methods, and the index system of work well-being influencing factors is obtained.The research conclusions:first, the influence factors of happiness to work as the core to the external radiation, can be divided into four level indicators, namely:personal factors, organizational factors, family factors and social factors. Second, the correlation between organizational factors and work happiness is the strongest. Organizational factors secondary indicators, comprehensive compensation weight the biggest, interpersonal. Third, family factors is after organizational factors in all indicators, and it involves two aspects:the membership, home-work conflict, the conflict of family and work to work happiness slightly larger. Fourth, social factors and personal factors on the influence degree of work happiness is close. Social factors of work satisfaction, sense of identity and status in society and family three secondary index, personal ideal and the pursuit of personal factors contains two secondary indexes.Conclusion from the empirical analysis is clear:to improve employee’s work happiness, enterprises should put the organizational factors in primary position,, actively take balanced and focused measures to enhance employee well-being. And targeted to the implementation of the employee’s family-work relationship management, create a harmonious home-work atmosphere, gradually improve the employee’s sense of happiness.
