Research On Low Carbon Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Based On DEA And AHP

In the low carbon economic development trend, carbon emission is graduallyemerging as a focus for the world, and with it, the low carbon supply chain is alsobecoming the most important component of low-carbon economy gradually. Theformation and development of low carbon supply chain will directly affect the healthyand continual development of country’s economy and society and the sustainabledevelopment of the enterprises. Therefore, the paper takes the synthesized evaluation tothe overall performance of the low carbon supply chain, which has importantsignificance to the improvement of the overall performance of the low carbon supplychain and the realization of low-carbon operations and management of whole supplychain.This paper firstly elaborates domestic and foreign research present situation as wellas the existing main problems, and systematically introduces the basic theory of lowcarbon supply chain management, performance evaluation of the low carbon supplychain as well as evaluation systems and its process. Secondly, based on the analysis offactors affecting the performance evaluation of the low carbon supply chain, acomprehensive evaluation index system of the performance evaluation of the lowcarbon supply chain that consists of financial operations, customer service, businessprocess, and low carbon development capacity is constructed. Thirdly, basic theory aswell as advantages and disadvantages of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and dataenvelopment analysis (DEA) are summarized, combined with AHP and DEA,acomprehensive evaluation model of the performance evaluation of the low carbonsupply chain based on methods of AHP and DEA is established. Finally, theperformance evaluation of the low carbon supply chain is evaluated syntheticallycombined with the real cases of low carbon real estate supply chain management in ourcountry, an improved scheme for the performance is proposed, and policies andmeasures improving the performance of the low carbon supply chain is put forward.
