The ocean, air and land transportation was the three most important carriers of the logistics, their carbon dioxide emissions were accounted for 3.5%, 2% and 24% of the total global carbon dioxide emissions. Today, the mission of reduce carbon emissions may be in the next decade, the logistics industry will feel the immediate pressure of the reduction emissions. Then the"low-carbon economy"would have an actual influence on logistics industry and affected the operation mode and the direction of the development of the logistics industry.In actual fact, in the early of the second half of last century, with the rapid economic development, the environment was damaged becomes increasingly day by day. The energy depletion was the fact that people must encountered and the sustainable development has become an inevitable trend of economic development. So this thesis discussed the supply chain performance evaluation based on low-carbon tendency on that macrograph background.This thesis was divided into six chapters. The first two chapters based on theory, Respectively of the low-carbon logistics and low-carbon green supply chain management theory. Chapter III discussed how to create the low-carbon green supply chain performance evaluation index system, they were elaborated on the five aspects: finance and operation, customer service, low-carbon and sustainable development, staff and information technology system, and thus each index were given its specific formula and interpretation. Chapter IV, the performance evaluation model, it proposed the comprehensive performance evaluation model of the low-carbon green supply chain that based on the combination of DEA and weights of factors method. Then analysis of the comprehensive effective data to find out the constrains of the enterprises development and supposed the reasonable improvement program based on actual situation. Chapter V was the analysis of the case, it choose eight enterprises as the decision making unit that in the low-carbon supply chain to doing the performance evaluation. The last chapter was the conclusion and prospect, the enterprises not from its own business, market competition or the ability of sustainable development in the future, it must built a objective and effective performance evaluation system that formulated the strategies and promoted optimal allocation of resources and enhanced the fully comprehensive strengthen to provide a guarantee.
