Research On Improving Our Country New Rural Endowment Insurance System

The rural social pension insurance system is a very important social policy. Iteffects the basic livelihood of more than eight hundred million Chinese peasants andmigrant workers. With the acceleration of the process of industrialization andurbanization, there is an increasing number of landless aging farmers. Establishing thenew rural social pension insurance system provides for the protection of the ruralaging population, improvement of the social security system in rural areas, promotionof family planning and maintaining social stability in rural areas, changing thetraditional concept of the farmers, promotion of social progress and economicdevelopment, and acceleration of the process of urbanization and industrialization.These factors are becoming a problem of great significance to China. There is aperiod of transformation in China’s economic system to the market economy in ruralareas as a starting point. Drawing experience of foreign rural social endowmentinsurance system reform, theoretical research and the existing domestic theoreticalresearch and practical experience of China’s rural social insurance system analysis,combined with the current situation of rural social insurance system will improve thegeneral idea and the path of China’s new rural pension insurance system. In order toimprove China’s social pension insurance system, and the eventual establishment ofChina’s urban and rural old-age insurance system integration The theoretical basis andpolicy reference.In this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction, mainly on the importance of the topic, and theresearch reviewed.The second part analyzes the basic theory of the rural pension insurance.The third part analyzes the status of the new rural social pension insurance system,and highlights its shortcomings.The forth part demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the new rural socialpension insurance system.The fifth part summarizes representative foreign rural social endowment insurancemodels.The sixth part presents the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ruralpension insurance system.
