Therefore, re-examine the “LVling povertyalleviation model”provides theoretical market-oriented poverty alleviation referenceswhich for establishing the construction of regional characteristics of the pillarindustries systems, speeding up the development process of agriculturalindustrialization, and promote Taihang hilly area.First of all, the formation of “Lvling poverty alleviation model”was analyzedand summed up by the K theory model based on the theory of agriculturalindustrialization and the industrial evolution. The major conclusions as follows:(1)In the contrast between non-benefits and three interests’ joint mechanisms, thefarmers put in the minimum using anti-rent subcontracting form with highest netincome, and have significance difference with disinterested farmers. According to the comparisons of Engel coefficient, the anti-rent subcontracting is19.94%, significantlylower than the control farmers disinterested.(2)Comparing anti-rent subcontracting、companies hiring、contracting orchardthe three kinds of relationships with interests of farmers with non-interest farmers inLV LING company, the benefits is significantly. The Engel coefficient is33.96%withhighly difference which farmers with non-interests for LV LING company, accordingto the comparisons of Engel coefficient.(3)Anti-poverty of Taihang hilly area should achieve combination ofgovernment poverty alleviation and market poverty reduction. Leading enterprisesshould search the meeting point which using resources advantages, exploring thepotential of market, promoting farmers’ income and industrial development andecological protection and so as to achieve anti-poverty in poverty area with increasingfarmers’ income and production.
