Research On Poverty Alleviation In Rural Industries

Industry is put forward as the composition of development-oriented poverty alleviation content for poverty alleviation,has become in the field of poverty alleviation in China is very important and an effective way to work,its target is to support local industry,promote poor people own development ability,promotes the poor out of poverty to get rich.As the progressive realization of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" poverty alleviation and development target,relying on industry precision poverty alleviation poverty population rapid growth to reduce poverty,poverty alleviation achievements the sustainability of rural industry poverty alleviation problem become one of the research focus.Based on the sustainable development theory as the tool,the integrated use of investigation,interviews and other research methods,in henan province luohe city wuyang county wenfeng township from 2014 to 2017,the data were analyzed for poverty alleviation,on the basis of the theory of sustainable development of the social benefit and economic benefit two sustainable development factors to evaluate wenfeng township industry poverty alleviation projects,and put forward the wenfeng township industry sustainable problems of poverty alleviation:(I)The 123 low degree of industrial convergence;(II)Insufficient capacity to alleviate poverty through industrialization;(III)Farmers are struggling to lift themselves out of poverty.The causes of the problem of industrial poverty alleviation and sustainable development in wenfeng township are deeply analyzed:(I)The interest link mechanism is not perfect;(II)Lack of brand promotion and cultural guidance;(III)Lack of leaders to get rich.Some Suggestions on sustainability of industrial poverty alleviation are put forward:(I)At the government level:(i)We should establish a mechanism for linking benefits to poverty.(ii)Adhere to positive incentive guidance;(iii)Improve rural infrastructure;(II)At the enterprise level:(i)Leading enterprises to promote industrial agglomeration effect;(ii)Build a professional talent management team;(III)At the poverty level:(i)Tap the endogenous power of poor households;(ii)Industrial technology or capacity training is useful and effective.
