| Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the party and state pay more attention to the rise and revitalization of villages in the process of modernization,and turn to win the battle against poverty in an all-round way.Since the eighteenth national congress of the CPC,general secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to poverty alleviation in rural areas,conducts field research on theoretical and practical issues such as what is poverty alleviation,who will help the poor and how to help the poor,and puts forward the strategic idea of "targeted poverty alleviation" in 2013.General secretary Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation thoughts have comprehensively and profoundly expounded the historical significance,important contents and practical measures of winning the battle against poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Targeted poverty alleviation has gradually become a national strategy and a top priority in the work of the party and state.In view of this,under the background of targeted poverty alleviation strategy,the paper is based on the existing theoretical and practical research,is established in the development of rural industries and the living conditions of poor farmers,takes the typical rural areas of jujube industry in L County of Shanxi Province as specific samples,and selects the representative jujube leading enterprises as the survey objects.At the same time,on the basis of describing the development of jujube leading enterprises,the paper analyzes the internal and external motivation,main models and concrete effects of the jujube leading enterprises,tries to highlight the current general situation of China's leading agricultural enterprises participating in targeted poverty alleviation from the description and analysis of the sample situation,then analyzes the practical difficulties they face from the practice of L County's jujube leading enterprises participating in poverty alleviation,and finally explores the theoretical design and path selection of leading agricultural enterprises assisting targeted poverty alleviation in industry from the perspective ofmultiple subjects.Firstly,based on the field research of typical jujube industry's development areas and jujube leading enterprises in L county of Shanxi province,the paper collates and summarizes the survey data and interview data systematically,mainly elaborates the internal and external reasons for the participation of jujube leading enterprises participating in poverty alleviation in L county from three aspects of policy impetus,resource attraction and developing endogenous force,further analyzes the diversified assistance modes formed by typical jujube leading enterprises in the practice of poverty alleviation projects,and shows the poverty alleviation behaviors and practical measures of jujube leading enterprises from three angles of signing contract,land asset shares and absorbing farmers' employment.Secondly,while affirming the effectiveness of the targeted poverty alleviation mode of jujube leading enterprises in L county,the paper discusses the practical problems and difficulties from following five aspects: the main force of jujube leading enterprises,the helping mode,the actual measures,the conflict between their own development and participation in the helping and the autonomy of participation in poverty alleviation,and try to show the overall picture of the practice of leading agricultural enterprises in participating in targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,in order to give full play to the supporting and leading role of leading agricultural enterprises in the targeted poverty alleviation,the paper believes that it is necessary to further optimize the leading industries in poor areas,cultivate leading and deep-processing agricultural enterprises,give full play to the synergy of government,leading enterprises and poor farmers,and pay more attention to tap and develop the endogenous power of poor farmers. |
