With the rapid development of tourism, people’s cultural level of ascension and the more focus on spiritual needs, cultural tourism as a form of tourism development, which has the high-cultural content with its rich cultural connotation, broad knowledge and interest favored by many tourists. China has five thousand years of history and culture, many places retained a long history and unique architectural landscape of the ancient town. These ancient cities attract a large number of ancient city tourism culture enthusiasts because of its rich historical and cultural resources, unique local-style dwelling houses building, and character of city space layout and so on. The ancient cities turn into important for the development of cultural tourism destinations. The arrival of "the ancient city of cultural tourism wave", which has made some historical and cultural ancient city to please tourists and gain an advantage, excessive development of the ancient city, not enough emphasis on the protection of historical and cultural resources, A single tourism product development, causing the excessive commercialization, the ancient city of tourism development tourism symbolization and characteristic distortion problems. The pattern attaches great importance to the city community, emphasizes the maintenance of community residents to participate in the main body status of the ancient city of tourism, coordinates other involved in the interests of the main body, which is advantageous to the protection and inheritance the ancient city of historical culture, the ancient city of tourism sustainable development.The main content of this article:this paper adopted the method of empirical research, selected typical historical and cultural city——Guangfu ancient city in Hebei province as the research object, then analyzed the existing Guangfu ancient city tourism development model and the Guangfu ancient city tourism development strategy model. Which found that Guangfu ancient city tourism development in the low degree of the community residents to participate in tourism development, the interests between the ancient city of tourism development involved in subjects without coordination problems and characteristics of the ancient city of cultural connotation. To solve these problems, based on the ancient city of community interests, which is constructed under the perspective of Guangfu ancient city tourism development model on the basis of endogenous type:’community residents’ committees, local government, tourism companies, tourism association and tourists’five integrated development model. Under this mode, the community residents’ committees is to represent the interests of the community residents of local power organization, leading the ancient city of tourism development, organizing community residents to participate in the whole process of the ancient city of tourism development. The local government plays a guiding role in the ancient city development, sets city’s development in all kinds of laws, regulations and policies, and builds community residents to participate in the platform, supervision and other acts of interest subjects and activities. Tourism enterprises based on rich experience in financial conditions and advanced management, joins community power to develop the ancient city of tourism. Tourism association coordinates the interests of all parties and guides the community residents to participate in the ancient city of tourism. Tourists participate in tourism activities to intervene in the ancient city of tourism development.Based on analyzing the ancient city tourism development model of endogenous perspective, we establish the framework of interest structure operation mechanism based on community residents as the main body, analyze the mechanism of the development mode of city tourism, and discuss the implementation of the mode of operation and significance of the results. In order to guarantee that the model is better in the process of implementation to promote tourism harmonious and healthy development, then we build the system feedback mechanism of mode operation.
