Content:Enterprise staff is the core part of the business, the rapid development of enterprises need employee relationship management mechanism is efficient. To create positive employee relations to form a positive work environment, effectively improve the enthusiasm of the staff, and to ensure that the enterprise long-term development strategy, the orderly operation of great influence. With the in-depth study of economic theory, research on employee relationship management is also ongoing. Enterprise to maintain long-term rapid development, need a good employee relations to security, need to pay a great deal of effort.To solve the present problems existing in enterprise especially labor-intensive enterprises in the fundamental way is to implement effective employee relations management. The current backward enterprise employee relationship management present situation, makes a lot of family tragedies, enterprises and employees are facing enormous damage to a certain extent. These events, also caused widespread concern in the media, the government, enterprises and the government are trying to improve the situation. However, many enterprises are not aware of the huge defect of the staff management mode, a follow-up implementation of mitigation measures, did not include the fundamental problem. To understand the work in practice, accompanied by the relevant laws and regulations, enterprises in order to avoid the violation cost high, often in accordance with national legal requirements specification management, make employee rights in less time, but the employee relations problems enterprises of high tension is increasingly significant.The author studies the use of means of in-depth interviews, direct participation, collected a large number of enterprise employee relationship data and some special cases are analyzed in detail, at the same time, inspection and analysis of a large number of academic achievements about the relation between the employees and the in-depth research, try to combine the individual experience and the related theory to discuss how to solve the current enterprise employee relations the internal tension, to understand the cause factors of employees and business conflicts, eventually developing relationship management strategy of enterprise employees.
