Along with the development of the software industry in china and the growing demand of software talents, it has become the top priority for companies to attract and retain talents and achieve the common development with talents. As we know, a harmonious employee relation is the key point for companies to keep a sustainable development. The psychological contract is an additional expectation to the employment contract between the company and employees. It has a great impact on the employees’attitude to organization and their behaviors further. The psychological contract based management plays an important role in improving the employees’job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and ultimately improving the performance.This paper reviewed the researches at home and abroad about the psychological contract and employee satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and their relationships. Taking the psychological contract as the perspective, the paper investigated and analyzed the fulfillment of psychological of ZK software through the questionnaire and interview methods, and find out the problems existing in the employee relationship management, such as employee participation, compensation benefit, employee training, the building of enterprise culture and the effective communication, etc. To the existing problems, the paper also gives solutions in following aspects:salary reform, staff communication, training, career planning, and the sense of belonging, etc. |
