Research On The Evolution And Urbanization Industrial Structure In Yulin City

Urbanization, resources, environment and the coordinated development of industrial structure play an important role in the regional socio-economic development. The rational utilization and sustainable development of resources and environment and the reasonable development of the industrial structure can accelerate the development of urbanization. What’s more, the development of urbanization can effectively promote the rational utilization and optimal allocation of resources and environment and the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.Basing on the theory of economics and geography and following the path of combination theoretical research and empirical analysis, this study analyzes the evolution of industrial structure, resources and environment and the development process of urbanization in Yulin city using a variety of modern science research methods, which concludes their current development characteristics. At the same time, the study analyzes their correlativity using statistical methods, draws some conclusions about their mutual influence and finds some problems. At last, a number of countermeasures are put forward.The results show that there are a variety of problems in the resources, environment. industrial structure and urbanization of Yulin city. And their mutual influence is not very obvious, which needs to be enhanced and improved. Firstly, the issues are highlighted, such as large resource consumption, massive waste, serious environmental damage, late governance. Therefore, the following measures should be taken, adhering to sustainable development, rational using resources, strengthening environmental conservation awareness. Secondly, faced with the problems of the slow development of the first industry and the large proportion of population, we should promote the countryside construction, develop the rural economy rapidly and take the agricultural modernization route. The secondary industry develops extensively and has an irrational internal structure. We should continue to make it core industry, but should change its development mode, optimize the internal structure, and take it as the core power to drive the urbanization. Compared with the secondary industry, the tertiary industry has become an obstacle to the development of Yulin city. It lacks support seriously. We should increase the industry scales, upgrade the industry internal structure, which is helpful to make its role play better. Thirdly, from the perspective of time, the urbanization of Yulin City presents the status that the growth rate of the six counties in the south is higher than the six counties’ in the north. From the spatial perspective, its spatial pattern of Urbanization has experienced three stages of change from1949to2010. They are "the urbanization level of Yuyang area outshining all the others","the eastern region is higher than the western region","balanced development between the southern region and the northern region". Fourthly, the competitiveness of Yulin city is low, which is not conducive to promote the comprehensive utilization of resources and environment and upgrade the industrial structure. We should take the all-round, multi-level and high-effective way to promote the reasonable and healthy development of economy, industry, urban and environment in Yulin city, such as development the circular economy, vigorous strengthening the infrastructure construction, reform the allocation of resources and environment, playing a leading role of service industry.
