Research On Inclusive Development Path Of Yulin City

Resources are the foundation for the development of the society. Oil is known as the"blood" of the industrial development, coal is referred to "food" of the industrial development,and these show the importance of oil and coal in the industrial development. Yulin is a typicalcity which resource is very rich, it is known as China’s "Kuwait". Energy resourcesexploitation and the development of energy industry promote the comprehensive strength ofYulin, but at the same time produced a lot of unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainableissues and problems, such as the ability of the political participants is higher, the generalpublic political participation is less; laws and regulations are improving gradually, the resourcetax has many defects; the rate of economy growth is too fast, the structural contradiction isprominent; cultural resources is very rich, the power and inclusivity of cultural industry is notstrong enough; economy increases rapidly, the social contradictions is prominent; excessivelydepends on energy resources, ecological environment is destroyed. Therefore, to explore theproblems and causes exist in the inclusive development of Yulin city and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions will not only promote the realization ofinclusive development path of Yulin city, but also to the other abundant energy regions’inclusive development path.In this paper, based on the previous researches I have summarized the concept andtheoretical dimension of inclusive development. According to the content which is covered ininclusive development to analyze the inclusive development present situation of Yulin city, andthen analyze the reasons hindered in the inclusive development of Yulin city. Research showsthat the reasons of the problems existing in the inclusive development of Yulin city mainlyinclude: urban and rural’s development systems are different; financial tax system is notreasonable; the level of social security is low; government management system is backward;science and technology innovation ability is not strong; the common causes of internal causeand external cause make the development of small and medium-sized enterprises slow down; the lack of attention to environmental protection, etc.According to the problems and reasons of Yulin city in inclusive development, this paperputs forward the following countermeasures: we should balance urban and rural’s development,improve the benefit compensation mechanism, expand the social security expenditureproportion, adjust the government management system, transform the patterns of economicdevelopment, develop the cultural industry, protect the ecological environment.
