Study On The Development Pattern Of The Urbanization Of Yulin Ctiy In Shanxi Province

With the scientific concept of development and the strategic thinking of building a two-oriented society put forward, urbanization has been the concern of all levels in China, and it also becomes an important strategic measure in promoting economic development and enhancing the income levels of urban and rural areas in new era. Studying on the regional development model of urbanization in the current context of macro-development, on the one hand, is conducive to enriching and promoting the theory system research on development of China's urbanization. On the other hand, it will guide the urban construction of specific geographic areas more scientific and rational.Yulin City is a major component of the important energy bases in China's western region. It is also a core component of the chemical industry bases in northern Shaanxi. The urban construction, industrial development and social stability of Yulin have very important significance in the western region, and even the whole country. This article discusses the Yulin city's urbanization development model taking the measures of combination of static and dynamic, qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and empirical, with focusing on the developmental characteristics, dynamic mechanisms and the implementation of the means of the urbanization process in Yulin City. This paper conducts a comprehensive grasp of the development characteristics of Yulin's urbanization by analyzing the relations of the level of urbanization, the speed and their economic and social development in Yulin through the overall and county district level. In addition, the dynamic mechanism of Yulin's urbanization is in-depth analysed. The characteristics of rural driving in the process of Yulin's urbanization is mastered from the aspects of the number of surplus labor, space transfer path and mode of it, as well as the impact on the transfer of surplus labor force through the questionnaire survey and field visits. Further more, the characteristics of town pulling in the process of Yulin's urbanization is seized from the aspects of quantity and spatial distribution of urban practitioners, the impact on the urbanization from industrial development and the projections of urban jobs. Finally, the optimization models and development proposals of Yulin's urbanization in the future is proposed from the overall system and subsystem levels (transfer path, industrial development and spatial development).The research on urbanization and regional development model is a scientific approach that connects the central macro-development strategy and micro-region development measures. At the same time, it is an effective way to blend urbanization development theory and actual construction of cities and towns. Actually, it has very important significance for resolving China's urban construction, economic and social development, as well as three agricultural problems at present.
