In recent years, with the development of the world economy and culture, tourism has become an indispensable part of the lives of more and more people, and it has entered a period of rapid development with the development of the times. However, due to changes Of the global environment and industry own characteristics, tourism constantly faces with the challenges and impact of the crisis of the various types of tourism. So tourism crisis management has become one of the hot spots of today’s tourism academic research. On the basis of different tourist destinations’ own tourism development characteristics and differences crisis suffered, regional tourism crisis management research is extraordinarily important, and it has important guiding significance to destination tourism development.Recently, the domestic tourism crisis of confidence frequent "cheating" storm continued, many of the famous tourist destination is suffering from a crisis of confidence, Sanya is one of the typical representatives. During the2012Spring Festival, Sanya "cheating" events online frequently broke, exposing the crisis of confidence in tourism in Sanya, Sanya, the first official stance of "zero complaint" is further exacerbated the crisis of confidence, the crisis of confidence of Sanya Tourism occur not only restricted the development of the local tourism, but also a test for the government and society’s ability to deal with the crisis. The relevant departments of Sanya have been aware of the seriousness of the crisis of confidence, and increase the crisis management efforts, but have not yet formed an efficient tourism crisis management system, management effectiveness is not obvious.In the view of Sanya tourism crisis of confidence has occurred for some time, I select the post-crisis of tourism stage, stand in the position of the tourism destination, and launch a study to the post-crisis management of tourism. I clarify the research background, purpose and significance, collate and summarize the relevant theoretical basis, then interpreter and define the concept of tourism crisis management; at the same time, based on the combination of Sanya tourism and travel crisis of confidence in the status quo of development, I affect the mechanism of the crisis of confidence in the destination of tourism, and analysis of the impact of the crisis of confidence in the Sanya tourism, and reveal the need for crisis management in tourism in Sanya; then, I build a post-crisis management of tourism mode based on collaborative governance perspective, and analysis of the subject, object, and third-party,and discuss their status and roles in the post-crisis management of tourism.; finally, I build a system model of sanya post-crisis management of tourism. The system is divided into a crisis recovery system and a crisis transformed system, then I set up the evaluation system, the target system, the construction of the system, the image of the system, the marketing system, the legal system and the opportunity system, the management system, the education system. At last, I clarify the operation of the various systems in the post-crisis management of tourism.
