Research On The Industrial Transfer Of Wuwei County Of Anhui

Wuwei County is located in Chaohu city,Anhui province (now classified in Wuhu city), A genus of The Wanjiang City Belt Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone, is one of ten powered counties in Anhui province. In undertaking industrial transfer, the achievements among the province is more prominent. These have a lot of reference to the other counties.But the economic gradient difference in industrial transfer between Wuwei and other developed counties is obvious,so it will give a better chance to find a nicer way for industrial transfer.In order to promote the local industrial structure adjustment and optimization,and to realize acrossing and lifting development of economy and society,this paper will discuss Wuwei’s specific development problems in industrial transfer process.Firstly,the paper summarizes the theoretical research on domestic and foreign industrial transfer,in view of the abroad and domestic development on industrial transfer,listing my own opinion;Secondly, starting from the normative analysis,give the macro classified review of the industrial transfer’s principles,refine the effective indexs about industrial transfer,so as to provide theoretical guidances on determining the rationality of Wuwei’s transfer measures and measuring it’s performances;and then,introduces Wuwei County economy and industrial transfer’s situation,focusing on the changes in the developments of investment and eight dominant industries,in order to identify each special problem of the dominant industries in the transfer process,give them the targertd strategic adjustment strategies.finally,on the point of each level government view,puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,provides strong protection to its industrial transfer.This paper brings up that in the practice of Wuwei’s undertaking transfer,it should strengthen the balanced development of three industries,should enhance the construction of industry Park cluster development,strengthening environmental capacity-building supports,promote the investment construction,insisting on the path of saving、intensive and ecological sustainable development.
