An Empirical Research On Path Selection Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer In Shanxi Province

The low cost of labor and market capacity make China to be the world’s important area to undertake industrial transfer. Industries transferred out from developed countries bring advanced technology and abundant capital to greatly promote economic development and improve people’s living standards. As China’s important energy supply base, Shanxi province has formed a resource-based economic model and a relatively single industrial structure. The long-term over-exploitation of resources has seriously destroyed the ecological environment. With the depletion of resources, a lot of problems have exposed to resource-based economy. Shanxi province has to optimize the economic structure through undertaking the transfer of industries.And now the research is focused on the transfer side, the theory of undertaking area’s site still needs to be improved. This article propose factors affecting the undertake industry capacity by analyzing the theory of the ability to undertake transfer and its reasons. This article select industry gathering index and gradient factor of 9 provinces’industrial data to be the determine targets of industries, get the rank of ability to undertake industrial transfer of nine provinces from 2002 to 2012. According to Shanxi Province’s 27 industrial industries actual situation, choose several advanced industries to undertake industrial transfer and propose strategic plan for Shanxi Province.The following conclusions:In the early stages of industrial development, the cost and the support ability make a relatively large impact on the ability to undertake. The level of R&D and market factors at this stage is the main factor affecting the ability to undertake Shanxi Province and the level of R&D is the largest factor. Facilities construction’feasibility is highest, as R & D level ranking second. The policy factor is leaded change, but it make small factor. Choose the coal mining and washing industry as a major undertaking industry, while developing its supporting industries such as petroleum processing and coking industry and other industries to build a complete industrial chain of coal, Construct assist the coal industry cluster by developing light industry and high-tech industries with potential industrial.
