Comprehensive Evaluation Method And Empirical Study On Low - Carbon Economy Of Coal Enterprises

With the deterioration of the environment,human society has paid more and more attention to environmental pollution and sustainable development.Environmental problems are like“the sword of Damocles”,the real solution is not in a day,it requires government,business and community’s persevere participation.Enterprises take use of environmental resources for their own benefits,meantime they shall fulfill their social and environmental responsibility.At present,low carbon economy model provides a way for the enterprises’ long-term,healthy development,naturally it will become an important way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Coal enterprises are not only the important part of the national economy,but the major greenhouse gas emitters.Taking coal enterprises as the research object has some typical characteristics.In order to realize the sustainable development,coal enterprises need to develop low-carbon economy.However,whether the development of coal enterprises’ low-carbon economy is good or not has no unified standard of judging laws.So carrying out scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation of low carbon economy based on the actual situation of coal enterprises is useful to help coal enterprises to find problems and development directions.Therefore,the main content of this paper:firstly,based on the analysis of the low carbon economy theory,summary the development of low carbon economy status and dynamic research;secondly,combining the development and problems of the coal enterprises,build a targeted low carbon economy comprehensive evaluation index system;the use analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation model;finally,make an empirical analysis of a coal enterprise by applying the model.The research conclusions of this paper:firstly, based on the consideration of the production and operation of coal enterprises, build a set of evaluation system,including 1 target layer index,5 criterion layer indexes,20 index layer indexes;secondly,based on thecomprehensive application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, build a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model and conduct an empirical test.
