With the development of intelligent terminals and mobile Internet technology, mobile payment has become the most popular application in the mobile space. As an important application of the mobile Internet, consumption patterns of the domestic population are under the profound impact of mobile payments. Even under the high-speed development, mobile payment also has the security problems. According to the2011China Mobile Internet Development Survey Report released by the China Internet Network Information Center, mobile online payments are accounted for only8.6%in the overall mobile Internet applications. We can see that the penetration rate of mobile payment is very low. The low penetration of mobile payment shows that consumers feel more risk in the mobile payment process, which affecting them to make the final decisions. Study on factors influencing the perceived risk of consumers’ mobile payment can help to reduce the perceived risk of consumers’ mobile payment and promote the further development of mobile payment market.On the basis of the previous literature, this study proposed the factors theoretical model influencing the perceived risk of consumers’ mobile payment. Perceived risk dimensions of mobile payment include financial risk, privacy risk, functional risk, psychological risk and social risk, and influencing factors include consumer perception, technical reliability, social environment and wireless network. This study made an empirical investigation by collecting structured questionnaires and utilized the SPSS19.0&AMOS17.0empirical data for statistical analysis to verify the proposed theoretical model and empirical findings. At the same time, this paper analyzed the sample data based on whether had mobile payment experience and obtained different results. According to the influencing factors, this study proposed some recommendations to reduce the perceived risk of mobile payment:diversify mobile payment marketing methods to attract consumers; increase investment of technologies to ensure the successful completion of the mobile payment; purify wireless network environment in order to improve the reliability of mobile payments; improve laws and regulations to realize the healthy operation of mobile payment market.
