In the current market economic conditions, in front of the international and domestic markets competitive environment and the complex talent market factors, the XX company as state-owned enterprises, in building incentive system to adapt to market conditions encountered in the course of state-owned enterprises widespread, such as the excitation level of the administrative process, full general generalization, and other issues cannot be sustained, rapid and sustainable development of enterprises not only solve the problem of optimal conditions, sometimes obscures the problem exists even delayed the timing. This study attempts to equity theory and satisfaction research as the theoretical basis for empirical research methods, through the background analysis, current issues related consolidated results of theoretical studies, based on a fair, practical and market expansion for continuous improvement and employee incentive system perfection.Employee motivation is an important issue of study and practice business management. Incentive system for employees to study is practical significance of research. This thesis introduces background and significance above all, then combine the incentive theory for the systematic analysis, analysis the detailed of the incentives, employee satisfaction, human capital and other related theories. This thesis focuses on the XX company environment, external competitors, internal excitation current situation to expectancy theory, equity theory as the basis for paradigm shift and adjust, expand the incentive system built on a systematic, market-oriented, democratic thinking. While the staff to do a survey on the basis of the survey data analyzes the XX company employees are less satisfied in some respects the causes and the real needs of employees. Finally, employee motivation theory, XX company staff incentive system in the current social conditions, the basic framework is in line with the market direction, but there is still the problem of local continuous improvement and optimization of leaving more space.
