In recent years,with the deepening of the integration of the Chinese economy and the world economy,Chinese enterprises have taken on more and more fierce enterprise competition,facing the challenges of the mature western management culture and management science in a deeper level.The competitions based on enterprise management and talent have become the mainstream of competition under market economy.Effective motivation system,closely related to the establishment of salary and benefits,performance,career planning and other mechanisms and systems,plays a critical role in the human resource management of the whole company.An effective incentive mechanism initiates impetus and vitality to the operation and development of the enterprise.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to take the lead in the competition,it should constantly improve and optimize human resources management,especially improve the incentive mechanism of employees.By improving the performance appraisal system,widening the channels of staff promotion,optimizing the salary and welfare,and reasonably planning the staff’s career,we can conform to the trend and requirements of modern enterprise management.By taking these measures can also the cultivate can improve employees’ working enthusiasm and sense of belonging,increase corporate cohesion and centripetal force.Taking JL Company as an example,this paper optimizes the employee incentive mechanism from the perspective of fair cognition.JL Company,as an excellent private enterprise in county economy,has been developing for more than 20 years.The phenomenon of slacking in work and the turnover of personnel shows a frequent trend,which means the existing incentive mechanism has some problems to be improved.The existing incentive mechanism has some problems to be improved.In order to investigate some internal problems in the actual operation and the current incentive mechanism in JL,we collected the information of employees’ fair cognition through the on-the-spot investigation and the questionnaire survey of the employees.The results show that current problems include unfair salary distribution mechanism,ineffective appraisal system,unfair the promotion channel and so on.The management environment and corporate culture management is also need to be strengthened.These problems result in depressing enthusiasm and creativity among someemployees,lacking of confidence in the development of enterprises and individuals,negative coping rather than aggressive emotions.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the unfair problems existing in the current incentive system of JL Company.Through summarizing the classical theory and relevant literature of equity theory and incentive mechanism and combining with the characteristics and development strategy of JL Company,This paper puts forward the establishment of enterprise equity culture,the perfection of performance evaluation system,the rationalization of salary and benefits and the development strategy of the company.The optimization suggestions such as effective career development system are expected to play a reference role in solving the practical problems of employee motivation in JL Company.
