| In recent years, the beef industry of China has been developing rapidly in terms of productivity, breeding, processing technology, and large-scale farming, etc. It has made great progress, and it contains huge scale both of economic benefits and social benefits. It has become one of the extremely important industries in animal husbandry in China. At the same time, the beef of China has been among the output power in the world. As the promotion of people’s consumption level and the quality of life, the pursuit of high dietary levels of beef will significantly increase demand. Coupled with higher prices, beef cattle breeding will also work with revenue-increasing, large-scale farming. The expansion increase in the number of cattle will become an inevitable trend."Black Bull" is the first new high-grade beef cattle germ plasm identification of new varieties, which is encouraged by China. It uses the modern biotechnology and conventional breeding techniques. Under the correct leadership and strong support of our state and government, the black industry has been sustainedly, healthily and rapidly developing. Moreover, the farming method of black cattle continues to improve, and it is a substantial increase in the level of industrialization. But what can not be ignored is that there are still many problems in our black cattle industry, especially in grasping the current opportunity in the black cattle industry. We can carry out scientific growing scale of Black Bull, improve product quality beef, optimize processing technology, and rich varieties of beef products. Only in this way, we can promote rapid and steady development of the beef industry. However, how to rely on financial support has become a major problem facing the beef cattle breeding.Based on this background, the paper studied the existing issues of the financial support for Black Bull. And at last, we try to propose the appropriate solutions.Firstly, we reviewed the relevant domestic and foreign literature. The study of the relationship of financial support and industrial development is researched early in foreign countries. Extensive literature shows that the financial support is the financial and industrial development of the core. So it is particularly important to strengthen financial support for national industrial development. The large number of domestic studies has agreed that the financial support in the industrial development has played a very important role. However, the financial support for the Black Bull is rare in both domestic studies and foreign studies. Therefore, the financial support for black cattle industry study has important practical significance.Secondly, this paper makes Gaoqing Black Cattle Industry as a microcosm. From this view, we analyzed Black Cattle Industry development on China’s current situation. We made the analysis of Gaoqing scale industrial development, quality and the benefit. It shows that the scale is increased, the quality higher, and the benefit better. Finally, we described the main problem of Gaoqing Black Cattle Industry development briefly.Based on the analysis of the literature research, the paper made the study of Black Cattle Industry Development of China’s financial supply and demand analysis, which included financial elements of empirical research. We analyzed the financial needs of Gaoqing Black Cattle farming leading enterprises and the main farming households. In addition, we analyzed the financial supply of Gaoqing Black Cattle Industry. We introduced that the finance supply for Black Cattle Industry development, taking Agricultural Bank of China Zibo branch as an example. Then, we made an empirical research, using the data of a large Gaoqing Black Cattle farming enterprises. The results also showed that financial support and black cattle industry has a significant relationship.Finally, the analysis of the conclusions of this study are summarized, and we put forward the corresponding solutions for the problems in financial support of black cattle industry development. |
