As the software industry develops,marketing is playing a more and more significant role insoftware enterprises. Some software enterprises used to pay attention to technology only anddespise marketing could not meet current market environment. Although some large softwareenterprises have established mature marketing systems, there is still a considerable part of smalland middle-sized software enterprises’ marketing systems under construction. This articlestudies on how could A software enterprise establish the marketing system for its real-timedatabase products according to mature marketing theories. So as to help A software enterpriseget more marketing share, increase its competitiveness and overall performance.This article summarized existing problems in A software enterprise’s real-time databasemarketing through analyzing its current marketing status and real-time database marketingcompetition status, based on the theory of Marketing mix theory (4p), Target marketing theory(STP analysis), SWOT analysis method. In view of existing problems, this article put forwardsuitable real-time database marketing strategy and a series of marketing mix strategy of Asoftware enterprise by fully analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities andthreats of A software enterprise in the external environment, Industry environment, company’sinternal environment. Through the studies, A software enterprise should be used theopportunities brought about by the macro environment, pay attention to product innovation,Improved the company’s own management level, actively expand in emerging markets, lookingfor product differentiation competition.The enterprise marketing strategy, marketing mix strategy, implementation of the securitywhich put forward by this article could be used to provided reference for the companies such asA software enterprise how to develop and successfully seizing market share in the fiercecompetition of the real-time database market. Also, the above studies can provide valuablereference for senior leadership of A software enterprise to analysis the current market situationunderstand the business environment and development trends of real-time database industry, anddevelop enterprise’s long-term development strategy.
