It brings enterprises'man-hour ration management to the success of standardization, science and software, it apply method of sorting time, sorting factor of time, spot measure, simulation of data, initialization of standard, checking and accept, training. MFTS has been certificated by the company, so this study of the progress maybe provide some realism meaning and direction value.It's main content as follows:1. Research of man-hour ration actuality of internal manufacture industry, analysis of production system of internal professional manufacturing software companies.2. Research of conventional theory based on general man-hour ration method, it proves the difficulty of developing operable software without a mass of working time data base.3.
