With the development of economy, market competition is also increasing, the competition between the enterprises is more and more talented person’s competition, the source of core competence is the enterprise human resources, so the research on human resource management is more and more attention of the scholars. Compensation management as the important part of human resource management, played an important role in the enterprise. Compensation for employees have incentive effect, can stimulate the potential of employees, stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, improve the staffs job satisfaction. Salary system is the important aspect of enterprise management, is an integrated system composed of many factors. So many researchers on compensation management are discussed in this paper.Motivation is using different methods, give specific target material stimulation and spiritual encouragement. In the enterprise, the compensation to employees incentive effect, which makes employees recognized leader in management concept, stimulate the potential of employees, to urge the realization of the enterprise overall strategic target. Incentive system generally includes two aspects:the stimulation of material and spiritual encouragement. Good incentive system to attract good staff, development potential employees, retain talents, to enhance the overall performance of the employees, and ultimately to achieve higher goals.The research object of this article is corporation compensation plan of the JL company, through literature review, the research of scholars to pay, lay a theoretical foundation for the next study. The JL corporation by questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews, the current compensation plan analysis and diagnosis, found that there were a problem. Through investigating and analyzing the status quo of JL corporation compensation plan and the existing problems, and targeted to JL corporation compensation scheme optimization design, at the same time establish a system of security in the process of the implementation of the compensation plan, ensure the effective implementation of the compensation plan, for the performance of JL juye corporation as a whole work with strong practical significance.Of this study is to understand the JL corporation current compensation plan running status, employees for discontent and feedback compensation plan, find the existing problems, and on this basis, the optimizing design of compensation plan. The scheme can better incentives for different employees, implement reasonable broadband compensation scheme, in order to better stimulate the staffs work enthusiasm, at the same time for the company’s performance pay, long-term incentive and welfare programs are also put forward the optimization advice. Expected by reasonable compensation plan, make the JL corporation to achieve better development.
