In order to cope with the fierce competition of construction industry, largeconstruction enterprises continue to accelerate the pace of development, expandbusiness scale and the reform of traditional construction mode, the production andoperation of the internal, external facing increasingly complex environment, only tocontinuously improve the management level in order to industry competition remaininvincible. As the field of construction enterprise’s business continues to expand,upgrade the scale of operation, the traditional construction project financialmanagement mode with the development of construction enterprises, aredemonstrated, has not been able to meet the construction enterprise managementobjectives. In view of the traditional financial management model needs to beimproved in the background, combined with the construction enterprises in the newcharacteristics of business scale production mode, production. Emerge as the timesrequire management mode of regional finance, as a new financial management mode,the optimization of financial resources construction enterprises, improve the financialmanagement of the construction project, to improve financial management level ofconstruction enterprise, has great advantage to improve the construction enterprisemanagement achievement. Therefore, the management pattern of enterprise financialregional construction conform to the construction enterprises in the new period, theenterprise to improve financial management, improve the operating results of the fullrange of requirements, enhance economic efficiency.This paper aims to improve the bottleneck problems encountered in developmentprocess of large-scale construction enterprise financial management, put forward thelarge-scale construction enterprises should implement financial regional managementmodel, combined with the financial management mode reform pilot area of A,construction enterprises as a case, through the study of financial regional managementmode of A company, mode innovation the research process, the conclusion of thepaper, namely the reform of financial regional management model in A companyimplement to improve, improve the ability of the enterprise to prevent financial riskconclusion. Finally, on the basis of the research results of this paper providetheoretical support, case, reference and experience for the management of large-scaleconstruction enterprise financial area.The following research achievements and innovations in this paper: one is theinternal control theory, corporate governance theory, centralization anddecentralization theory, business process reengineering theory, to exist in the currentfinancial management model as the starting point, expounds the necessity andfeasibility of implementing the financial regionalization management mode; two,analysis the management of large scale construction enterprise financial target andframework, accounting, financial management, comprehensive budget management,established financial regional management model; three, and puts forward the implementation of the new problems in the financial management mode ofcountermeasures, summarizes the guarantee for the smooth operation of the financialmanagement mode measures; four, combined with case analysis method, the choice offinancial management reform pilot area of construction enterprise A company as thecase.
