Farmers’ Professional Co-operatives And New Rural Construction And Scale Operation Research

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the intensification of agricultural product market competition, the farmer specialized cooperative is an effective way to solve the contradiction between "small farmers" and "big market". Since the promulgation of the law of the people’s Republic of China farmers professional cooperatives in 2007, the farmers’ professional cooperatives have been developing vigorously, which is the innovation of agricultural production and management organizations and farmers’ professional cooperative has become a new choice for the development of modern agriculture. Relying on cooperatives can improve the degree of organization of farmers, effectively docking big market, improve farmers’ ability to resist risks; at the same time, it can optimize the allocation of rural resources, improve the level of agricultural modernization, increase farmers’ income. Farmer specialized cooperative plays an active role in the construction of modern agriculture and new socialist countryside and urbanization.Jiangxi is a traditional agricultural province. In recent years, the rapid development of rural cooperatives in Jiangxi. From the investigation situation, we have achieved some results, but the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives is not mature, the overall development level is still relatively low. There are many problems such as small scale, low accumulation, weak ability to resist risk, and there are many problems to be solved in the process of guiding, supporting and service. This paper is based on the investigation of farmer professional cooperatives in Shangrao County, Yugan Province, Jiangxi Province, with the help of relevant literature to collect and analyze the status quo of rural farmers’ professional cooperatives in Yugan County, Jiangxi province. Combined with the typical cases of three kinds of different types of cooperatives, planting, aquaculture and agricultural machinery, the development trend of Jiangxi professional agricultural cooperatives is analyzed, and the ideas and countermeasures are put forward.
