Research On Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Economic Growth Of Sichuan Province

Have experienced three decades of steady and rapid development, China has made great achievements and become a traditional sense of the industrial nations in transition from a large agricultural country. However, China’s economic growth mode is still extensive growth mode, industrial structure is irrational, economic resources in the industry has not been reasonably effective configuration and circulation; industrial manufacturing go purely extensive, consuming path of development, bringing a lot of pollution of the environment, the end of2012and more frequent appearance of fog and haze is strong evidence of the deterioration to the environment; secondary industry in the national economy is the largest proportion of economic.the economic development is still mainly rely on secondary industry; there is still a gap from the developed countries that the proportion accounted for tertiary industry,.As to the new situation and new problems, and has effectively recognized the urgency to change the status quo, the party’s congress made the economic guidelines as "accelerate the transformation of economic development, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure optimization". Industrial structure affects many aspects of the social and economic life and also has a profound impact on the development of the national economy. Adjust the industrial structure, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can effectively promote the development of the long-term health of the economy.Economic structure (primarily the industrial structure) with the economic growth and development, and be able to turn to the role in a country’s economic growth. It is the result of economic growth in the past, but also established the basis of future economic growth, are important factors that affect a country’s economic growth. Economic growth will bring about changes in the pattern and changes the industrial structure of the three industries. It can be seen that the existence of mutual relations between both of them. In this paper, it focuses on the industrial structure and economic situation in Sichuan Province. Next describe the status quo of the industrial structure in Sichuan Province, to prepare reality material for the subsequent empirical. Specific economic and social phenomena in Sichuan Province-Chengdu "city dominance" for empirical analysis, so that a better understanding of the economic development in Sichuan. Finally, for the purpose of optimization of industrial structure and economic development, gives recommendations to the transformation of the industrial structure and economic development.
