Research On The Evaluation Of The Construction Land Use Efficiency Of Sichuan Province Under The Multi-point Multi-polar Support Development Strategy

With the remarkable improvement of Chinese rapid economic development and people’s living standards, the economic gap between regions has become increasingly obvious. In order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must adhere to the regional coordinated development. As a major economic province in Western China, the development strategy of Multi-point multi-polar support is proposed in Sichuan province at the end of 2012. Strategy of regional economy in space development from single to multi polar development change, in order to achieve coordinated economic development region in the province, finally help the Sichuan province become an economically strong province. And in the process of regional economic development, the utilization efficiency of construction land is very important.This research mainly used the quantitative analysis method, in the use of traditional DEA model based, but also the use of a super efficiency model and mamlquist models respectively in Sichuan Province construction land use efficiency of the static evaluation and dynamic evaluation,to find the different in construction land use efficiency in Sichuan Province. The research conclusions are as follow:(1)Before the Multi-point multi-polar development strategy proposed, 2006-2012, the 5 major land use areas of the construction land efficiency value fluctuations were very large. After the Multi-point multi-polar development strategy proposed, 2013- 2014, the 5 major land use areas of the construction land use efficiency and strategy proposed before the substantial fluctuations in comparison, the efficiency of the collective tend to be stable, and tend to be 1. It shows that t the Multi-point multi-polar development strategy is effective for the construction land use in our province.(2)Three economic zones value construction land use efficiency is higher.Chengdu plain district land use in building land area increased at the same time, the district invested construction land capital, labor, technology and other areas has increased constantly, efficiency value is relatively stable. The highest value of the land use efficiency was the highest in the south of Sichuan. The efficiency of land use efficiency in the west of Panzhihua is higher and higher, which is an effective model of high input and high growth.(3)Two big economic backward area construction land use efficiency value needs to be improved.The improvement of construction land use efficiency in Northeast Sichuan Province, need the more help in the technical support. Sichuan Northwest land use areas are supported by the government, the construction land use efficiency to enhance the fastest.
