A Research On New Growth-Point Of Economic Development In Gansu Province

Economic growth has become the focus of the development of a country or region, thegrowth point of economic development is an important area to study economic growth. In thesituation of today’s economic globalization and regional economic integration process, theregions take macroeconomic policy as guidance to actively look for and nurture economicgrowth point in line with their own conditions, and establish the appropriate developmentmodel, in order to improve the overall level of industrial development and drive regionaleconomic development. Gansu is a level of economic development of less developed regions,and the economic development level is lower than the national average, so its economicdevelopment faces many serious challenges. Therefore, the analysis of the mode of economicgrowth and fostering new economic growth point is particularly important for enhancingGansu division of labor in the country.The thesis is under the economic development growth point policy mechanisms, fromthe perspective of industrial structure, regional structure, element contribution, study ofeconomic growth in Gansu Province and the integrated use of the leading industries ofcorrelation effects, development poles diffusion effects, economic development structureeffect and competitiveness effect, and the neoclassical model of Solow growth theory, in orderto comprehensively analyze the economic growth point and potential future economic growthpoint of Gansu Province. From the structural point of view, firstly, the paper describes thebackground of Gansu Province-based study of the situation, starts from the research status ofthe economic growth point, and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroadand theoretical methods used in this article. Secondly, in the industrial structure, it makes fulluse of the current domestic and international economic development the main source of newgrowth and new growth point defined to identify the point of growth of the industrial structurebased on the love of Gansu Province; Then, in the regional structure, the area of Gansuprovince divided the province as a standard, the use of deviate from the filter and thus theability to analysis of regional growth-share analysis method Gansu Province regionaleconomic growth point, to identify growth areas and industries can bring the province’seconomic development; once again, at the hand of the elements of the contribution from thethree major demands of Gansu economic analysis, the use of Cobb-Douglas productionfunction and Solow economic growth model of technological progress factor contribution toquantify and identify the elements to drive the economic growth of Gansu; Finally, the papercombines the different parts of the actual resource endowment policy strategy, industriallayout, and development prospects and environmental carrying capacity, in order to identify cultivate new economic growth point, provide a possible model for other underdevelopedareas and make policy recommendations for local governments to promote economicdevelopment.
