With the advent of economic globalization and the information age,human resources are gradually evolving into human capital,its importance has profoundly affected the strategic development of enterprises,especially knowledge workers.as the fundamental impetus to economic development,knowledge workers' job engagement is crucial to the promotion of enterprise competitiveness,while knowledge workers' job engagement generally will be affected by the perceived organizational support,at the same time,the psychological capital of individuals will also affect the job engagement.Therefore,this article selects the knowledge workers as the research object to explore the influence of perceived organizational support on job engagement,and introduce psychological capital as a mediator,so as to provide a new perspective for motivating the contemporary knowledge workers from organization aspect and individual aspect.Based on literature review,this paper puts forward hypotheses and constructs the corresponding research model,using the EXCEL,SPSS19.0,AMOS21.0 and other softwares,while the empirical study was conducted on 301 knowledge workers in the Yangtze River Delta by using the Scale of Organizational Support Scale,Chinese Psychological Capital Scale and Zhang Yiwen's Work Engagement Scale.then put forward a new management and incentive strategy for knowledge worker,and hope to provide reference for the management practices of modern enterprises' knowledge staff.The results of this study include: there was a significant positive correlation between the three variables of knowledge workers' perceived organizational support,psychological capital and job engagement,knowledge workers' perceived organizational support and its work support dimension and interest concern dimension have positive effects on job engagement,knowledge workers' perceived organizational support and job support dimension have strong positive predictive effect on psychological capital,while value identity and interest concern dimensionhave weak positive predictive effect on psychological capital,knowledge workers' psychological capital and its dimensions can significantly predict the work commitment of knowledge workers,the psychological capital of knowledge workers plays a part mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job engagement.
