Research On The Economic Development Of Tangyuan County In Heilongjiang Province

County economy is the main body of the national economy in our country, whichoccupies a very important position. Good county economic development is tostrengthen the foundation of the national economy, which is the foundation of thestate power to consolidate. The16th party congress party puts forward to the call of"strengthen county economy”, historical and policy reasons, the development ofChina’s county economy is not very perfect.Thesis expounds county economy development situation and developmentcharacteristics of the original Tangyuan County in Heilongjiang province; it adoptsthe combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis method. Detailedanalysis of the main problems and reasons, Put forward the countermeasure andsuggestion to development of the original Tangyuan County economy. It providescertain reference for the development of county economy in Tangyuan County.At present, the characteristics of the original Tangyuan County: expandingeconomic scale, economic growth speed faster and faster, speed up the urbanizationprocess. It analyzes the main problems on the basis of current situation of thedevelopment of county economy of the original Tangyuan County in Heilongjiangprovince: low employment rate and development cost is high, the lack of localgovernment financial resources, unbalanced regional development and lack of stayingpower of economic development and industrial structure is not reasonable. The mainreasons for these problems are limited education resources and low level of scienceand technology, independent county economy growth, the negative impact of thegeographical location, system, the constraints of education resource, science andtechnology level, not enough know importance to the coordinated development ofregional industry.In this paper, promote countermeasures and Suggestions to county territoryeconomy development of the original Tangyuan County in Heilongjiang province, inview of the actual development situation and problems. First principles are putforward based on local resources advantage and three coordinated development of industry; and then put forward the countermeasure to promote the original TangyuanCounty economic development: promote the level of science and technology,expanding fiscal financing channel, developing quality-benefit type agriculture,transformation of the mode of economic growth.
