With the advent of knowledge economy era and the intense market competitionin global economic integration, talents turn to be an important resource formaintaining enterprises’ progress and promoting the transformation of socialeconomy in economic development mode. The management in human resource playsmore and more important role in enterprises’ development. Compensation initiativescheme forms the core in human resource management. And reasonable and scientificplans may further promote enterprises to attract, encourage and remain talents.What’s more, they may improve companies’ efficiency. However, as Chinese perfectmanager market has not come into being, companies’ competition for talents appearsgreat intense. Therefore, how to attract and keep talents turns to be a difficultproblem.Taking Shenyang Xuri Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd as the object, the articlemakes an analysis of the present company organization structures and humanresource. Combining practices and theories, this paper carries on research byliterature retrieval method, interview, investigation and comparative study. Afterqualitative analysis of current compensation initiative mechanism, this paper finds outproblems and explores reasons. Further, this paper provides redesigned compensationinitiative scheme and corresponding measures. Therefore, it may further help toincrease enterprises competitive power, help to turn employee’s talents to enterprises’core competitive advantage. What’s more, it may help to realize all-wins amongenterprises and employees.The article is composed of four parts as follows.The first part is the introduction. It discusses the background, the meaning andthe content and methods of this article. The second part introduces the current situation of the compensation initiative mechanism in the company. In this part, firstlythis paper introduces the development, human resource situation, initiativemechanism and employees’ evaluation. Then, this paper makes analysis on problemsexisting in the company, and points out the insufficiencies as imbalance incompensation structure, and the lack of bonus incentive function. Next, this paperanalyses the reasons of the problems, and points out that the problems such as thebackward compensation management ideas, imperfect management system, and thelack of fitting company’s culture. In the third part, this paper designs the company’scompensation initiative mechanism. In the fourth part, this paper provides theprotective measures for the new initiative scheme. It puts forward to establish thedynamic adjustment mechanism, the regulatory evaluation system and company’sculture which is suitable to the company’s compensation initiative mechanism.
