As the subsystem of the human resources management,compensation management is an important tool to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and it is the enterprise to attract talents,motivating talents,retain talents.SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.,and other large state-owned enterprises face the strength of the multinational companies and emerging private enterprises pay.In order to prevent the brain drain,keep the enterprise competitiveness,they constantly adjust the salary management solutions,enterprise and the staff in order to achieve win-win goal.SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.,founded in nine years,enterprises grows stronger,compensation management continuously explore to adapt to the development of the company,but there are many problems still.In this paper,starting from the basic theory of compensation management,adopting questionnaire survey method,interview method,the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,analyses the current situation of the compensation management based on performance assessment in SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.,find out the shortage of its existing compensation management based on performance assessment based on fairness,incentive,the principles of openness,economic,legal,and redesign compensation management based on performance assessment for SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd..In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,the corresponding measures are put forward.The full paper has six chapters.The first chapter elaborates the background of the essay topic,the research idea,the main content,defines the scope of the research,and clarifies the main research methods.Because the compensation management theory,and the theory of performance management is the basis of the compensation management based on performance assessment design,the second chapter expounds the salary,salary management,performance,performance management related theory.In the third chapter find out the current problem the compensation management based on performance assessment in SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.at present through the analysis of the employee compensation satisfaction questionnaire.In the fourth chapter redesign the compensation management based on performance assessment in line with the fairness,incentive,the principles of openness,economic,legal.The fifth chapter puts forward the compensation management based on performance assessment to guarantee SY Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.to design effective implementation of the need to strengthen the supporting measures,including improving enterprise leaders emphasis,the plan of compensation management based on performance assessment redesign,to set up the "supporting" enterprise culture,establish and perfect the system of performance appraisal,etc.Finally,the conclusion and prospect of this paper are obtained.
