With the rapid development of society,economic globalization has further stimulated the fierce competition in the market,and the market environment is also changing rapidly.How to seek stable growth in all changes,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises is the focus of enterprise development.In enterprise operation management,more and more enterprises focus on the management of human resources,and the imperfect performance and compensation management system in human resource management is also a common problem in most domestic enterprises.This paper based on the relevant theories and methods of performance and compensation management,and combines the status and problems of TF company performance and compensation management;Based on the company's development strategy and business objectives,improve the performance management system of TF companies in performance management by using strategic subject decomposition,key performance assessment indicators KPI and 360-degree evaluation methods.In the field of salary management,we use the theory of fairness,comprehensive compensation theory,and incentive theory to improve the compensation management system of TF.The main analytical structure of this paper is:(1)Understanding of concepts,theories and methods of performance management and compensation management.Analyze and study the performance of TF's performance and compensation management system.After reading the domestic and foreign literatures,and having a clearer understanding of the theory of performance management and compensation management.(2)The status and analysis of TF's performance and compensation management.Mainly through the questionnaire survey method,interview interview method,comparative analysis method,etc.,analy the problems in performance and compensation management,and find the main causes of the problem to analyze.(3)Investigate and design improvement plans for performance and compensation management for the causes of TF's performance and compensation management issues.The improvement plan of performance management is mainly improved from three aspects: strategic theme decomposition,departmental assessment indicator design,and assessment cycle and method.The improvement plan of salary management is mainly improved from four aspects: job description,job evaluation,salary composition and salary adjustment system.(4)For the improvement plan,provide safeguard measures from the four aspects: communication of performance and compensation policies,transition management of compensation system,corporate culture guarantee,and performance management.In addition,the results of the employee satisfaction survey and cost analysis are evaluated to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan.Through the research and analysis of this paper,we hope to provide reference for other enterprises in the construction,optimization and management of performance and compensation management system.
