The products marketing is a vital point of an enterprise operation, the sales performance decides the company’s fortune directly. It decides the company’s existence and it’s the premise of a company’s regular operation. Moreover, the correctness of marketing strategy decides the success of product sales directly. Therefore marketing strategy is quite important to a company.This paper takes the marketing strategy of Edal Electronics’eastern China region as researched object, analyzes its marketing management status, points out the weakness of its present marketing strategy and proposed corresponding improvement. It interprets the related theory of marketing management, emphasizes various marketing principles e.g. service marketing, relationship marketing, overall marketing,4CS, pricing strategy along with control methods and The five forces analysis method.Due to the limitation of the author’s semiconductor distribution experience and knowledge of running process and operation mode, as well as the theoretical and practical restrictions, some viewpoints and thoughts are partial and immature, hope readers can understand.Hope this paper can be a reference of the marketing management of semiconductor distribution industry.
