Competitiveness Factors Analyze And Promotion Countermeasure Of Domestic Capital Soybean Crushing Enterprise

Soybean is the primary material of oil products and feed products, beside a very important strategicmaterial that relate to national economy and the people’s livelihood. Soybean also has relation to nationaleconomy and the people’s livelihood. But in the recent years, foreign capital strong into the soybean crushingindustry, that had monopolize eighty percent of the capacity of soybean crushing industry. So the analyze ofdomestic soybean crushing industry’s competitive force and the research of promotion countermeasure to thedomestic soybean crushing industry’s competitive force is very necessary.First, this paper analyzes the condition of the domestic crushing industry’s competitiveforce. Second, this paper analyze the influencing factors by using the porter’s Diamond Modelof enterprise competitive power from logistics factors, demand factor, enterprise strategicfactor, government regulation have an effect on the domestic soybean crushing enterprise’scompetitive power.Then，this paper analyze the Jiusan’s competitive power by using the Diamond Model,set up the system to evaluate the Jiusan’s competitive power.At last, this paper put out six counter measures to promoting the competitive power ofdomestic soybean crushing enterprise which consist of: breaking the limit of raw materialfactor, setting up independent logistics supply chain, adjusting operation to satisfy the marketdemand, adjusting competition strategy, resisting the foreign enterprise by the cooperating ofthe domestic enterprise, coordinating the local government’s benefit and support the domesticsoybean crushing industry.
