In recent years, as technology and equipment to improve the level of increasedinvestment in safety management in the increasingly evident, the role of people more andmore important in the management of production safety. According to the classification ofpersonality psychology, we will self-divided into: passive individual, general type individual,active individuals. In accordance with the psychological-behavioral-cognitive environmentaction process, the paper established a proactive self-motivation-safety managementresearch ideas. Mainly includes the following three aspects:First, build a safety for the active individual research incentive framework. Firstintroduced active individuals and safety management in the boot-type management, thenanalyzed the relationship between them. Secondly analyzed the factors that affect theincentive effects by introducing the types of incentives and action process, to establish thevariables of this study. Finally, introduces the principle of neural cognitive experiment,method and the commonly used electrical components. Comprehensive analysis of therelationship between the three constructs, build a theoretical framework,that using ERPsstudy different incentives for different production safety management effect, as the researchobject in active individuals.Second, the design of the incentive effects of active individuals ERPs experiment,through the extraction and analysis of EEG waveforms verify hypotheses. This paper issuitable for active individuals incentives, and then study the different excitation frequencyexcitation timing and active individuals acting on different effects. From research purposesdeparture abstract three experiments assumptions. Through previous experiments in the fieldof neurocognitive research established the need to focus on the experimental EEGcomponents: FRN, P300. Initiation mechanism combined EEG waveform reference classicexperimental paradigm designed this experiment "button" Task and stimulation. Through theEEG data extraction and significant test data results showed that: three experimentscorresponding to the EEG components have passed the test of significance, consistent withexperimental assumptions.Third, through the analysis of experimental data obtained the expected results.For active individuals, positive incentives than negative incentives are more effectively to mobilize thestaff’s enthusiasm. EEG wave significantly form that in the experiment of negative incentivesparticipants desire for reward when they completed the experiment task. But their ideas in theexperiment did not achieve in the experiment, hence the negative wave shaped. For activeindividuals,"surprise" approach can motivate behavioral study participants produce a highernote, better mobilize the enthusiasm of employees work. Low frequency excitation behaviorthan high frequency stimulation are More popular for active individuals.
