Research On Motivations Of Enterprise Staffs' Safety Production In Regulation Management

The situation of enterprise safety production is very grim currently, which, to a certain extent, has restricted the development of the national economy, leading safety management to become the most urgent problem. The research object is selected as the regulation mode,which is the most suitable enterprise safety management mode for the current stage of development. As with the failure rate of mechanical system decreases, the human factor has become the main source of the accident in safety production activities. In order to find out the effect law of the motivations of enterprise personnel in safety production in regulation mode,the research choose to analyze the enterprise personnel's behaviors in safety production with psychological motivation theory and research methods in cognitive neuroscience theory. On the basis of the analysis, a number of advices of motivation management of enterprise personnel's behaviors in safety production in regulation mode are given,providing certain new ideas to the safety management of enterprises. The full text can be divided into three sections as follows:The first part (chapter 1, chapter 2), introduced the background, aim and significance of the article, analyzed the present research situation of safety management mode and motivation of safety production at home and abroad, showed the thesis writing ideas, research methods and innovative points. And then analyzed the connotation and cognitive characteristics of conventional individuals and regulation management mode, explored the intrinsic link between conventional individuals and regulation management mode, introduced the psychological motivation theory and research methods in cognitive neuroscience theory. On this basis, according to the purpose of the study, constructed a reasonable theory framework for the analysis of enterprise safety production motivation in regulation management mode.The second part (chapter 3,chapter 4), firstly generated the motivation elements structure of enterprise personnel's safety production,by using the literature extraction and grounded theory method to identify, summaries and classify the motivation elements of enterprise personnel's safety production in the theoretical framework of the first part. Then found out the difference of the effects, which come from all types of motivation elements in enterprise personnel's safety production on safety behaviors from individuals of different initiative, in the bio-feedback experiments. From the experimental results, drew the effect law of the motivations in enterprise personnel's safety production on the safety behavior of conventional individuals.The third part (chapter 5), with the discussion of the effect law of the motivations in enterprise personnel's safety production on the safety behavior of conventional individuals,put forward a number of advices of motivation management of enterprise personnel's behaviors in safety production in regulation mode.
