In2009the State Council promulgated several policy opinions on deepening the medical and health system reform, the new policy will bring many changes in the pharmaceutical industry. And the pharmaceutical industry has very important status in the field of marketing, the new medical reform policy will have a tremendous impact on the market form, operation mode, mainly changes occurred in the various segments of the market share, change management of medical enterprises, large logistics company to make the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Faced with such a situation, many domestic small pharmaceutical trading enterprises should know how to deal with the analysis, marketing strategy and mode at present, to find a suitable strategy and mode in the new situation, will become the key to the survival and development of such enterprises.In this paper, taking Lanzhou’s one medium-sized pharmaceutical trading enterprises Lanzhou Yuanda pharmaceutical limited liability company as the research object, analyzed the company’s current marketing strategy and business model, as well as the "new medical reform" will bring the external situation changes, through the understanding and application of relevant marketing theory, discusses the suitable marketing strategy of the company change and the marketing pattern, finally proposes the company should take the medicine logistics all varieties of industry, combined with the establishment of drug retail terminal marketing mode.The research results presented in this paper can be used as Lanzhou’s other small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises to change the reference.
