The Green Operation And Management Strategy Research Of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

According to data released by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, thegreenhouse generated by the freight and passenger transport accounted for23percent ofglobal emission greenhouse gas, among them, carbon dioxide emissions accounted for12%. As result from the large amounts of gas emissions, the aviation industry is widelycriticized. In the context of the world’s constant attention to the issue of climate change,and the aviation industry bears the brunt, to build a green airport has become a hot topicin the aviation industry.Green airport is the irresistible historical trend in the future, because that it isconsistent with today’s international and domestic development trend, and that is in linewith the concept of sustainable development. By2015, the total number of airports is toreach more than230, the construction and operation of the airport will be in a phase ofrapid development, and the concept of Green Airport will be ways to achieve thesustainable health development of airports. The green airport of Kunming which isbuilding in China describes systematically the ways of green airport from theperspective newly building airport. However, the newly built airport is still lack ofguiding strategies to achieve the development of Green airport in operation. The globalairport has a lack of green building research and practice case, and also a lack of theindicator system which can guide the construction and management of green airport.In the second chapter, this paper combines with the actual development of ourairports, analyses its meaning from the concept of green airport. It proposes that theconstruction of China’s green airport is the important ways to reduce operating costs forcivil aviation industry, to improve management levels, to change the mode of operation,and to achieve the sustainable development. It is also the embodiment of implementingthe scientific development, and it combines with the practical experiences of foreignairports in the United States, Germany, Greece, as well with China’s Beijing, Shanghai,and Guangzhou, in particular, the building green airport of Kunming. In the thirdchapter, it first analyzes the necessity of green airport construction of ChengduShuangliu Airport. And then, it analyzes the problems of the external environment and internal environment of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport, and proposes the solution strategyof green operations management by using the SWOT Strategic analysis method. Finally,in chapter four, the author describes respectively the green operations management fromthe three aspects: the organizational structure of green operations management, greenmarketing system, and other green operations management measures.In short, through the green operations management research of Chengdu ShuangliuAirport, on the one hand, this article hopes to provide a reference for the green airportconstruction of others airports in operation, on the other hand, this paper hopes to makethe green airport become an entry point to transferring the ways to develop the civilaviation, inject momentum for the continued scientific development of the airport andlay the foundation for the realization of civil aviation powers to the country.
