Study On Management Communication System Of CG Research Institute Of Chemical Industry

With the economic globalization and the finer division of labor in society, muchwork need organizational members collaboratively to complete，enterprise employeestructures render the diversification trends, so more and more people are recognizingthat communication is an important part of the enterprise management. How to makecommunication as effective tools for the enterprise management and for better service tothe enterprise management，management circles attach great importance to the problems.Related research proved that good communication can improve employee satisfactionand the production efficiency and the cohesion of the enterprise, so as to improve theopertional efficiency of the enterprises, to achieve strategic goals of the enterprise.Therefore, this article has a discussion on construction of management communicationsystem, and makes research taking CG Research Institute of chemical industry forexample.First, in combination with the related management communication theory andresearch,this article proposes how to establish the internal management communicationsystem of the enterprise, namely,i.e.setting communication goals, creatingcommunication atmospheres, building the management communication channels,selecting communications strategy,and establishing the assessment mechanisms ofmanagement communication. At the same time,by investigating into the enterprise staffmanagement communication skills, employee management communication subject andobject types, as well as enterprise management communication present situationscombineding with personal work practice,analysing carefully for the investigativeresults,finding out existontial problems in the enterprise management communication,and putting directly forward solved methods for the problems,internal managementcommunication system has successfully been created for the enterprise.
