Impact On Manufacturers Groundbreaking Innovation Performance Supplier Participation

With the coming of the globalization and knowledge economy,the environments of enterprises have changed deeply,the markert is fierce day by day.Innovation has become the basis of the enterprises to seek survival and development and the necessary conditiongs.Since1990s,the rapid development of information technology and the pace of globalization accelerated forced the enterprises changed from the gradual innovation into radical innovations.Many countries found that radical innovations played a very important role in a country’s comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.If our country wants wo play a role in the world economy,we should change the innovative strategies from introduction of technology to independent innovation.We should make radical innovations.While,a enterprise can’t get all the recources all by himself.Cooperation with suppliers based on mutual trust is a good way for it.Therefore,the study of the supplier’s involvement in radical innovation mechanism has a very important practical significance.In this paper,based on the review of the theory of innovation and suppliers involved in the innovation,research and antecedent the factors of supplier involvement,the impact of supplier involvement on the radical innovation performance of enterprise as well as the control response of the demand stability.Estabilished a model of the suppliers involved in radical innovation pertormance.Obtained the data from questionnaires,On the basis of descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire,analyzed the reliability of the sample by spss15.0.Utilized AMOS7.0for validity analysis and SEM. To verity the regulatory role of demand stability regression analysis is used.Analysised the hypotheses proposed based on the verification results.The conclusions drawn in this paper include:(1)the technical capabilities of the supplier,the relationship between the structure of the suppliers and manufactures,dedicated assets,as well as the knowledge of complementary will promote the participation of suppliers;(2)Suppliers involvement promote the radical innovation performance of the manufacturer;(3)The demand stability play a regulatory role on the suppliers involvement in the mamufacturer of radical innovation performance.Finally, according empirical results made a few comments on the corporate outlook and future research directions.
